I know that each of you owns at least one pinball machine and we have all
struggled to find someone to do maintenance and repair on same.

The owner (John) did a marvelous job of repairing my 'Top Score' and is in
the process of getting my 'Black Knight' back on its feet. John's wife Tina

this area soon in order to complete the repairs on my 'Black Knight'; I am
sure he would appreciate it if he could make the drive for more than one of

It looks like brand new and runs like it too. I wanted to leave you some feedback on the experience of purchasing from your company. All I can say is that your description of the pin, shipping, and customer service was superb! As I was having this pin shipped internationally, I wanted to let you know that I had no problem what so ever. Your attention to detail on the crate and packing was second to none. This is my fifth pin and I have purchased NIB pins before which did not receive this level of care. Also, sometimes purchasing over the internet can be an interesting experience but in this case I guarantee this will not be my only purchase from you!

Hi Tina and John, I finally got a chance to set up Getaway today. For an unshopped pin I think I got the better part of the deal for the price I paid! It looks great without being cleaned, it plays 100% and everything was as advertised. If I had found your business earlier I wouldn't have bought One of my pins from the "gentleman" that I did. His pin was not as advertised and two months later I'm still waiting for parts. If I can find more room in my house I will definitely buy from your company again. Tina, We picked up the Getaway yesterday. First off I want to tell you that I was very, very impressed with the packaging job you did. It was well worth the $75 to have you do that. I can see why you accept the risk for shipping - the packaging was outstanding. Once we got the pin home we were up an playing the game within 45 minutes (most of that time was spent unpacking it). The pin fired up right away and has truely been a joy playing. Everything on your website that describes how your company shops the machine is true and more. It is hard to believe this pin is 10 years old - it looks virtually brand new. We looked at several machines in the local area that were suppose to have been shopped but none come close to the way ours looks in appearance and in the level of care that was done to get it cleaned up and ready for use. I also want to thank you for taking the time to provide before and after pictures of the pin during the purchase process. That service really took the edge off of buying a pin over the Internet. You and your husband do great work. We highly recommend you. Please feel free to use our comments on your website or as references.

If you want to get a pinball machine in the best condition you can possibly get that certain pin you always wanter for a fair price, this is where you should shop! I have be dealing with John and Tina for several years now, and they do the best work I've seen. John gets those suckers packaged well for transport (I should know, Ive watched him wrap 2 of my pinballs, as I am lucky enough to live close enough to drive to the shop!) Plus in the past if I've ever had a problem with a pin, John has been nice enough to help me right over the phone! Trust me people, I've been buying games for about 4 to 5 years now..

Well, I just purchased my first pinball machine recently from John and Tina and I think I have gotten spoiled by them in a big way. First of all they make you feel as if your one of the family with great hospitality and professional salesmanship. I bought my machine from them through some digital photos that Tina snaps when the Unit comes in and forwarded to me via email. Tina works with you every way possible in scheduling your machine to be shopped and in the payment area as well. Then we have John, the man under the playfield. John and his staff tears down everything and goes through it all and it does not leave until 110%. Not only that but he also offers technical support via telephone with any purchase of there machines which means a great deal to a newbie like myself in the hobby. Being that I was only an hours drive from them, I had the pleasure of meeting them in person and picking up my machine. Well, I was more than pleased with my purchase. The machine was better than expected, the pictures really do no justice to the great work and skill they put into their machines. Now that I've just started and dealt with the best, I'm spoiled. I highly recommend them to anyone anywhere, you get nothing but the best quality from them. Now I cant wait to get my Twilight Zone. See you guys soon.
